FURUYA METAL's APC sputtering target material was introduced in a front-page article of Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun published on February 2, 2012.

The APC sputtering target material developed by FURUYA METAL is highly recognized as a wiring material for smartphones and tablet PCs as well as a reflective electrode film material for organic electroluminescent (EL) displays.

The Tsukuba Plant will augment its production capacity and respond to an increase in demand.
