Exhibiting at ICNS14 (The 14th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors)
Furuya Metal Co., Ltd. will participate in the exhibition at ICNS14 to be held at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk from Sunday, November 12 to Friday, November 17, 2023.
At this conference, science and technology in materials and devices based on nitride semiconductors will be introduced and related discussions will be held.
We will introduce RuOx thin films for P-type GaN ohmic electrodes and thermocouples for temperature measurement.
